Tara Casagrande has held the dream of Ease in her heart for years and is full of joy to be sharing that dream with the community. She is a graduate of the renowned Nosara Yoga Institute, on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. She is also a survivor of cervical cancer. Pregnant with her second child at the time of her diagnosis, she had no choice but to turn to alternative therapies and intentional eating to heal herself.
If her yoga practice and her cancer-related experiences provided the seed of Ease, that seed was watered and sunlit by the experiences of motherhood, marriage, friendship, and community until it blossomed into a full-blown concept to create a gathering place where healthy food and drink, and mindful activities are centerpieces.
Tara has lived here in Alexandria for 15 years. She is married and has three children. Ease is an invitation to join Tara on her journey. Come embrace the perfectly imperfect, slow down, and listen to your body.
