At Ease, we offer private, custom yoga instruction to individuals, couples, and small groups. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned pro, we will meet you where you are in your practice and work with you to achieve your goals. Private yoga lessons are a wonderful way to begin the exploration of yoga as a new practitioner, or to deepen and expand your established practice. One-on-one work is also beneficial to those who are crunched for time, need a little extra motivation, or are working with an injury or other special consideration. With a regular practice, the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of yoga expand and multiply.

We offer private and semi-private yoga classes in a variety of styles including: yoga rope wall, chair yoga, yoga for strength, family yoga, sound healing (gong baths), active yoga, yoga for trauma, and more. Each private class is customized especially for you or your group. Our teachers are trained and experienced in a variety of disciplines.

Becky has a passion for the gentler side of yoga. She loves working one-on-one to offer gentle movement and stretching, Yin, Restorative, breathing exercises and meditation for stress relief and overall wellbeing. She is also a practitioner of Reiki and energy work, utilizing Restorative postures to help her students relax into the energetic healing.

Beth is certified in trauma informed yoga, a technique that assists in alleviating the symptoms of PTS(D) in both adults and children by using breath, awareness, and movement. Beth also teaches individuals and groups rope wall yoga, which brings fresh perspective to the understanding of yoga postures, gravity, and spatial awareness. She also works with beginners, and those who are interested in building strength and flexibility.

Erin is a lifelong educator with a passion for helping others cultivate habits of mindfulness. Erin focuses on breath and movement sequences that connect you to present moment awareness and help you relieve stress. Erin loves to work with yogis of any age and families who are interested in awakening their senses, building gratitude and resilience.

Kat Focuses on meditation and mindfulness for stress, beginners, men’s yoga, strength and conditioning, postpartum and prenatal. She also teaches couples who like a mix of flow and partner yoga.

Rates start at $90/hour or $425/5 classes. Additional fees may apply.

Private Parties

Party at Ease! We plan and host custom yoga parties for any event!  Make yoga part of your celebration for a unique take on the traditional adult or kid’s birthday party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, corporate team building event, or friends' night out. This is a fun and affordable way to socialize and celebrate while enjoying all of the benefits of yoga. The cafe is also available for party rental.
