200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Ease

Ease Yoga & Cafe has partnered with Ann Hunt of  Evolve Yoga, an affiliate of the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, to offer yoga teacher training at Ease.

Graduates of the the Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training (IYTT) program complete 200 hours of training and earn the designation of Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®) through Yoga Alliance, a yoga education and support organization which maintains a national yoga teachers’ registry to recognize and promote teachers with training that meets its minimum standards.

The foundation of our training draws from a diversity of yoga styles focused on integrating personal inquiry and yoga. In a training  environment of individualized, experiential learning, you will gain professional skillfulness to teach in a wide variety of settings. Taught over the course of nine immersion weekends in eight months, topics include: technique and alignment, Self-Awakening Yoga (SAY) principles and practice, pranayama, meditation, bandhas, hands-on assists, principles of teaching, anatomy, and philosophy.
