Join us for a soul nourishing week of yoga, meditation, vibrant food, laughter, joy and sisterhood connection. In the town of Nosara, Costa Rica, we are immersed in lush jungle, sparkling sunshine and flowing ocean waves. It is a place where beautiful connections are made and lives are transformed. This is Tara & Becky’s 6th annual retreat together in this sacred space and it is such an honor to share the magic with you!

7am Yoga to get our day off to an amazing start
9am Breakfast
Midday free time and lunch
3:30pm Afternoon session- connection groups, gentler styles of yoga and meditation
5:30pm Sunset on the beach
6:30pm dinner and socializing
This is our sample daily schedule. Some days will shift to add in some extra special activities!
During free time there are abundant options to relax or adventure. Explore the town or beach, check out local markets and shops, indulge in spa treatments, take off on an excursion, try out surf lessons, or hang by the pools and soak it all in.

The Resort:
Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is a world-renowned destination for yogis, surfers and seekers. It highlights simple luxury accommodations, caring staff, incredible meals, salt water pools and breathtaking jungle pathways. We meet twice a day in nature-immersed yoga shalas to connect and practice together. The resort is a 15-minute stroll to Playa Guiones.

3 meals per day, served buffet-style in the open-air restaurant. The food is fresh, local and so delicious! Vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and gluten-free options are plentiful.

You will take care of payment for:
Flight (closest airport is Liberia International)
Shuttle to Bodhi Tree (2.5 hour ride from Liberia.) One way trip ranges from $45 + tax (group) to $160 + tax (private). We will coordinate the shuttles based on arrival times.
Juice bar and alcoholic beverages
One sunset dinner out as a group
Extras such as spa, additional classes offered at the resort, surf lessons and tours.

Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit with a seating area and outdoor patio.

JUNGLE ROOM
Shared room includes two queen beds, luxurious bathroom, air conditioning, wifi, open air rainfall shower and patio.

TREETOP KING
Luxurious King bed and private bathroom, balcony overlooking the jungle and pool with ocean views in the distance.
$4600/person single occupancy, $3600/person double occupancy
TREETOP QUEEN
Private queen bedroom, luxurious bathroom, air conditioning, wifi and a shared balcony with a pool and jungle view.
$4000 single occupancy
**You can book and share with a friend, or be paired with another woman from our group.**

** All services purchased within the resort (including shuttle, alcohol, spa, additional classes and gratuities) can be added to your personal room account and paid upon departure.

TARA CASAGRANDE
Recently a student of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, Tara graduated from a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher Certification Program, a two year mindfulness training. Tara enjoys teaching vinyasa style yoga, qigong and meditation. Tara also loves to have a lot of fun and not take life too seriously. A twenty year survivor of cervical cancer, Tara sees movement, meditation and healthy lifestyle as key ingredients to bring peace, calm and happiness.
