  • Now teaching at Yoga in Del Ray

    • Yoga Flow on Tuesday at 9:30 am - 10:30 am
      An all-levels class and is thoughtfully designed with music and fun postures- you will move your body in all directions- we will do breath work and you will have a nice long shavasana at the end. We do OM in this class. If you would rather not, you can simply listen.

    • Yoga Meditation and Gong
      This is a monthly class, Fridays from 7-8:15 pm- an all-levels class that combines gentle yoga to prepare the body for meditation, a short guided meditation and in final rest you will receive the healing vibrations of the gong. $40

Embracing UnEase

Racial discussions through the lense of yoga. Sparked by the murder of George Floyd in 2020, myself and a group of yoga students and friends have worked together in this racially diverse group to read, educate ourselves, listen to podcasts, visit art exhibits featuring works by POC and get involved in our community to work toward racial equality. Women’s Wisdom Circle

Started in 2018 and still going strong. Hosted by myself, Tara, and Delia Sullivan. This monthly workshop provides an opportunity for women of all ages to come together to listen and to share in community. We invite any and all women who long for deeper, authentic conversations to join us. We always include an element of movement and meditation into our 2 hour long circles.
